Storage of data

  Data is stored on a secure server and used for purposes set out above.  

  • Login and password - no password details are accessible. It is the responsibility of members to keep account passwords secret and secure.
  • This Website does not store payment information.  VAN, or any third party suppliers, do not have     access to your payment details during  transactions. 
  •  Your IP address, search data and browser infomation.

            Analytical information is collected using cookies (see below).  We use Google Analytics for                       researching website user statistics

Whilst every effort is made to store your data safely using a secure server, transmitting data through the internet will never be completely secure and cannot be guaranteed.  Submitting content to this website is at your own risk.
